Back in 2012, The Avengers movie was a great hit! Of course as a marvel fan, I would have gotten my lego avengers sets back then. Captain America leading the Avengers, therefore a set not to be missed is this Captain America Avenging Cycle.

Inside the BOX

Instruction book. 

This instruction book was folded in half as you can see the line. As a collector, this is a no no! Not sure if this is only for my set or same for others.

Some parts are translucent which is quite cool.

The build

The full set includes Captain America bike, Chitauri General's craft and a Foot Soldier stand with purple missle.

Chitauri Craft with 2 Chitauris

I like that the Craft is able to house both Chitauri minifigures, as seen in the movie.

I also prefer to have both the General and foot soldier on the craft where one is steering it and the other is shooting at targets.

I like how Captain's shield can be housed behind the bike.

Captain America bike Side

Overall I like this bike as the colour suits Captain America theme. However if you are looking for similarities to the movie, then of course it is not movie accurate. In the movie, Captain America's bike is a black Harley Davidson.

Summary

A great Avenger set that closely depicts the battle scene in The Avengers movie.

Likes:

• 2 exclusive minifigures in this set (Captain America & Chitauri General).
• Exclusive Captain America bike
• General's craft is able to house both Chitauri minifigures
• Great details on the main body of the minifigures.
• Good mini playset as the Chitauri can shoot purple missles.

What I didn't like:

• No detail on all the arm of minifigures.
• Captain America mask is a print on instead of an actual mask/cap on his head.
